SHIPPING POLICIES
ONLINE ORDERS:
A $10 MINIMUM is required for all online orders being SHIPPED. That's a $10 subtotal (prior to taxes and shipping) for orders that are being mailed to you. This does not apply to orders for pickup in-store. Orders for shipment that do not meet this requirement are subject to cancellation.
SHIPPING:
We pack orders each Monday and ship out via USPS Priority. All orders placed after 5pm EST each Monday, are bumped to the following Monday. Please let us know if you need a sooner shipment date and we will do our best to accommodate. If you're local, you're always welcome to opt for pickup.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, so tracking is available for all shipments and will be provided to you once your label is created. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. It is the USPS's responsibility to deliver the package to you. Please contact USPS for any claims regarding missing, lost, or damaged mail. Any issues with orders have a 30 day grace period...meaning you have 30 days from the time you place your order to kvetch about your order and we'll do our very best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping is calculated by estimated weight and package size at checkout, actual shipping cost may fluctuate over or under slightly.
Once an order is submitted, we make no guarantees on accommodations for order edit requests - so please ensure all items are in your cart at checkout. We ship to the address you provide! Please double check all information is correct!
RETURNS:
All sales should be considered final. Please ask any questions prior to purchase. We package all items carefully to insure safe transit, and are not responsible for items damaged in the post. If something is missing from your order, please let us know. If for some other reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to reach out to us and we will review the request. If a return is approved for any reason, the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. In short, generally speaking, no returns. Sorry!
